Details Introduction
This product is mainly developed to facilitate surgical treatment under environmental conditions such as emergency rescue and disaster relief. Through innovative structural design, the main components such as bed boards and legs are made of aviation aluminum alloy materials, which greatly reduces the weight of the product and can basically meet various surgical positions. The operation is simple to expand and close. The operating table is composed of a table top, a column, and a base (including the bottom wheel). The table top is composed of a head plate, a back plate, a hip plate and a leg plate. Through the control handle, adjust the self-locking gas spring to realize the angle change of the back plate and leg plate; through the adjustment handle to drive the worm gear, worm, gear and rack and other transmission components to move, so as to realize various actions of the operating table.
01. Operating table top height adjustment operation: The operating table top height adjustment range is greater than 200mm, and its adjustment is realized by rotating the screw connecting the two legs.
02. Operating table brake and brake release: Depress the two caster brakes with your foot to fix the operating table; lift the two caster brakes with your foot to release the angle adjustment of the operating table brake back plate:
03. The angle adjustment of the back plate is realized by shaking the handle, clockwise shaking, the back plate is folded up; counterclockwise shaking, the back plate is folded down.
04. Leg plate angle adjustment: the right (or left) hand hold the leg plate, the left (or right) hand plate moves the leg plate operating handle, rotate the leg plate to the required position, release the leg plate operating handle, and complete the leg plate angle adjustment operation.
